This week the team have been finishing the demolition phase at the former Honey Monster production site in Southall for Galliard Homes.
While it is always sad to see a face from our childhood disappear, good news comes from the rubble of this industrial legacy site.
Honey Monster will be a 17-acre mixed-used development to provide over 200,000sqft of employment uses, integrated with over 1,500 new homes with a range of ancillary activities. Galliard are using this redundant industrial site to create a new and exciting quarter for Southall, an area with considerable housing demand from families wishing to work and live in the area.
